We offer a 7-day return policy only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Change-of-mind, size preference, or dislike of the product are not eligible for return or refund.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all tags and accessories.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

For damaged or defective items, clear photos or an unboxing video are required as evidence.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks or card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, you are responsible for return shipping, which is non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct product is to request a return for the defective/incorrect item and place a new order after your return is accepted.
